The Sales Representative will be responsible for direct sales to customers in New
Providence and The Family Islands to contribute to the growth and expansion of
Caribbean Wines and Spirits’ (CWS) portfolio.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Continuously identify and recruit new customers and conduct daily customer visits.
• Achieve sales volume, distribution, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Advise management of marketing opportunities, market intel and additional insight that could assist with sales growth.
• Ensure brands are appropriately represented in the market, including but not limited to pricing and brand communication materials.
• Participate in sales and supplier meetings, providing marketplace insight.

Required Attributes:

• First degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in sales, preferably in wines and spirits sector.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel and work weekends and holidays as required.
